Gorgeous scenery. Long uphill to Willow Creek Pass and a long screaming downhill.
Camping in Walton City Park. Beware the green lush grass! At 10.30pm the high power sprinklers came on. In my tent, I thought, that's ok, it'll be dry by the morning. Oh no! They also sprinkler at 5.30. Tent had to be put away soaking while dodging high powered rotating sprinklers! Not even my bike under the gazebo was dry, they were that fanatical about making sure every inch of grass was soaked.
Even more funny was another guy had left his bike kit out to dry on a picnic table after hand washing, it was almost dry before bed, and soaked when he got up.
